The Vision of T.T.P is to equip individuals and their families with the tools, support and skills they need to overcome barriers of poverty and ultimately position them for sustainable change.
Life Changing Impact
The Treasured Protégé is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping young people achieve success in their careers, higher education and life. Our program provides mentorship, career training, college readiness and college completion support services to youth and adult individuals who are seeking to improve their skills and increase their job prospects. Our Protege Sanctuary Transitional Home, for youth aging out of the foster care system, implements a holistic approach to healing and transitioning into adult life.
We partner with support staff within post-secondary schools, colleges, and universities located within the Central Texas area to assist our students with the support needed to transition into an Associate or Bachelor program as identified by our students. The Williams Career School of Excellence, located in San Marcos, Texas, provides our students with opportunities to train for careers as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Phlebotomy Technicians, HVAC Technicians, and more! Our in-demand career training programs equip our graduates with the necessary skills and tools to make an average hourly wage of $18 - $25 per hour in the healthcare and HVAC tech fields.
We rely on donations to our scholarship fund to provide financial assistance to deserving students who might not otherwise have access to this valuable training. Your contribution can help change the trajectory of a young person's life and give them a brighter future.

We understand the power of removing or lowering barriers such as tuition, childcare support, and transportation. Temporarily meeting these needs can provide the necessary stability to breakthrough income and opportunity barriers.

T.T.P. seeks partners to collectively invest in talented people. With the combined investment of community service providers, businesses, donors and volunteers, we can join arms to support each student and mentee with the goal of impactful change and sustainable transformation.childcare support, and transportation.
