CEDRIC AND LORA WILLIAMS
Chief Executive Officer

Cedric and Lora Williams, R.N., understand the importance of adult education with workforce skills. Lora started as a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) at the age of 16 in San Marcos Texas. Cedric completed his H.V.A.C. certification in 1997 in San Marcos Texas. Accomplishing their certification in their respective industries opened doors of opportunity that would ultimately enable them to remove barriers of poverty. The vision of T.T.P . is to equip individuals and their families with the tools, support and skills that can lift them out of the cycle of poverty; and ultimately position them for sustainable change.

Joy Scott
Operations Manager

In Joy's words in my career journey I have been blessed to work in fashion, in nonprofit fundraising, advertising, trade shows, corporate events and business development real highlight of my career was during my last season managing corporate events for South By Southwest. For almost 14 years I've been blessed to support and create live, in-person events. So the search began to find a way to translate my event planning, project management and team building skills into a new core business offer. I also really love supporting the growth of women-owned businesses, especially ones that are making a positive impact in their community and in our world.

CATHY WHITE
Board Member

Cathy White co-founded Women of Vision Austin after leaving her career to raise her family. She's involved in World Vision's advocacy efforts and leads support for anti-human trafficking efforts. Cathy also launched a Listening Prayer ministry and is passionate about helping others live life to the fullest. She supports the Williams Career School of Excellence and The Treasured Protégé for God's glory.

BRITTANY
Board Member

Brittany is passionate about helping and investing in the youth. Coaching and mentoring the youth is of high importance to her. Currently, Brittany serves in a fulfilling role as an instructor and a coach. She also has a background in working with local elections coordinating collaborations and assisting candidates with projects and marketing. Brittany is committed to equity and equal opportunities for underserved youth. Brittany is dedicated to lifelong learning and is always eager support purposeful growth in the lives of the youth.

Diane Perez
Board Member

Diane Perez has a passion for helping others, particularly those affected by cancer and domestic violence. She has worked at the American Cancer Society, providing emotional support and resources to patients and families, and has over 20 years of experience working with survivors of domestic violence. Through her volunteer work with organizations like Bridges and Chick Time, she has provided education and support to incarcerated individuals and young women, respectively. Her personal experiences have fueled her commitment to assisting those in need.

Lori Rhodes
Board Member

Lori Rhodes is the co-Founder of Rhodes Enterprises established in 1990 with the purchase of the first investment property. Her background is in education and holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Stephen F. Austin State University. Lori transitioned into real estate early in her career gaining the flexibility to work from home and raise her family simultaneously. Lori has been involved in most areas of the business throughout its near twenty-five-year existence including acquisition, design, product development/quality, customer relations, marketing, and management. While no longer involved in the day-to-day operations she stays active the role she has always enjoyed most – encouraging and supporting the Rhodes team and vision.

Lori is also co-founder of Chicktime established in 2006, an organization dedicated to supporting charities fighting to end child abuse.

Lori enjoys all aspects of family life; she deeply believes in the valuable connection between nature and people and invests deeply in mentoring young women to pursue their God given passions. She sits on advocacy boards that support her vision of leaving the world a better place including Chicktime, New Life Children’s Center, The Nature Conservancy, Refresh and Resound International, Treasures Protege and past board member of IDEA Public Schools.

RACHEL POOLE
Advisor

Rachel is a seasoned HR professional with 10 years of experience in multiple industries, including manufacturing, public schools, government agencies, and small businesses. She specializes in employee relations and leadership development. Rachel also has 30 years of experience working with at-risk youth in career technical training programs, managing student internships and job placements, and building partnerships. Her vision is to continue working with youth and young adults to enhance their career readiness through topics such as interviewing, resume writing, and job search skills. Rachel is committed to making an impact by equipping youth for rewarding and successful careers.

Tina Marie
Advisor

Tina Marie brings significant experience from building a successful homeschooling organization that supports families and children who desire to educate their children with various needs at home in a safe environment with their parents. Also, has a niche with working with young adults who seek guidance and support as they are discovering their next and setting goals that will impact their lives

Jonnie Wilson
Advisor

Jonnie Wilson LPC MA, NCC is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the state of Texas, license number 82305 and a Nationally Board-Certified Counselor. I am qualified to counsel by the Texas Board of Licensed Professional Counselors. My formal education and experience prepared me to provide counseling services for clients both individually and in groups. I am also a current member of the American Counseling Association and the Texas Counseling Association. Experience I obtained my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Texas State University in 2019. I have over 24 years of experience working in a professional environment, a strong advocate for marginalized students including mentoring adolescents and adults and providing guidance. I have over 24 years of experience working with specialized populations: women of color, veterans, adolescent girls, Black males, LGBTQIA college students and first-generation college students. I gained counseling experience working and interning at Texas State University’s Career Services and I currently work in a private practice and formally worked at HCWC (Hays Caldwell Women's Center), as a Sexual Assault Outreach Counselor

Amanda Ottinger
Advisor

Amanda Ottinger- With a B.S. in Psychology and Sociology and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology, Amanda worked in community mental health for 6 years in GA and 2 years in Houston. The goal post-graduate school was to join a private clinical practice but discovered in completing her internship that counseling was not her passion. Soon Amanda was given the opportunity to run a residential treatment center in Houston and obtained her LCCA. Amanda was privileged to develop and start the first two safe houses in TX, for Commercial Sexually Exploited Youth. After consulting and helping start up agencies develop their programs, Amanda moved to the hill country to be near her parents, and was given the opportunity to join Rock Solid Foundation to strengthen her knowledge in the foster care system.

In Amanda’s free time she enjoys running, hiking, finding new local spots in which to dine and shop, and she loves taking road trips. Amanda enjoys all the moments with her 19- yo mini dachshund, Tex and her 2- yo Jack Russell, Will. Amanda is still discovering the hill country and learning to kayak and is excited to put her road and mountain bikes to good use again.
